Greenworx employs a core of permanent staff members, comprising management, project supervisory and key operational personnel, and administrative support staff. All the management and field staff have extensive environmental management experience, some having been involved in ecological rehabilitation for more than twenty-eight years.
Locally recruited workforce
We make extensive use of contracted locally-recruited labourers for labour-intensive projects. The company believes in transformation, making use of BBE companies as subcontractors, employment from local communities and training and assisting in the establishment of new 100% black-owned companies.

Etienne van der Lith
Chief Executive Officer
Etienne van der Lith is a professionally registered Environmental Scientist with over thirty-three years of experience in environmentally related issues across Southern Africa. He has been working in South Africa, Mozambique and Swaziland. He has been involved in a wide range of activities that include most facets of environmental management. He further specialises in the development of ecological rehabilitation and special erosion control programs.

Greenworx, through the work that we do, is an active participant in caring for the environment. Operations Manager
Over 28 years of practical experience in the ecological rehabilitation of land disturbed during mining and construction operations including gold tailings revegetation and Phyto-remediation, coal mine rehabilitation, including both discard dumps and opencast mine revegetation and roadside restoration including hydro-seeding, mechanical and hand seeding of steep embankments, road reserve areas, borrow pits and spoil areas, erosion control and tree planting.
Other experience includes the construction of artificial wetlands, control of declared and invasive plants, the grassing of quarries, road and railway cuttings and embankments, and assessments of ecological rehabilitation projects.
